Roles

- To co-ordinate with all departmental heads for getting the Current vs Required manpower in each department. To plan for acquisition of required man
- To do a thorough analysis of the current manpower to assess over/under staffing in each department based on expected productivity vs actual.
- To undertake all necessary activities for creation of a talent pool by collecting database & keeping stock of prospects readily available. (Collaborate with consultants, educational institutions, Job referral schemes.
- To co-ordinate with advertising agencies for placing advertisements for recruitment
- Screening, Selection,



Placement and Coordinate for scheduling interviews for the required position
