Trainer

About the Role

Ananta Academy is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Trainers who can effectively mentor students while also contributing to student enrollment through marketing initiatives and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and high-quality training sessions to students.
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and the academy's offerings.
- Convert inquiries and leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars, and promotional sessions to generate student interest.
- Support marketing campaigns by representing the academy at educational events, schools, colleges, and community outreach programs.




- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to ensure a positive admission experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to improve student engagement and enrollment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in training, teaching, counseling, sales, or educational marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Malayalam or other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Robust presentation, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for promotional activities

Pay: From ₹700.00 per hour
