Job Description

- We are looking for talented Android Developers who are passionate and know-how the process of building scalable and secure functionality on top of the Android platform. You will be associated with a qualified and experienced pool of people with whom you will build correlations by sharing your experience and growing your capabilities.

Primary Objectives

- To contribute actively to the development and implementation of high-quality Android applications, grow practical skills in a professional environment, and work collaboratively as a valued member of the development team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement new features for native Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
- Write clean, productive, and well-documented code following best practices and company standards.
- Actively participate in the entire application lifecycle, from design to deployment and post-launch maintenance.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and application crashes.
- Integrate third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., RESTful APIs).
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and share knowledge with the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s development processes and tools.

Technical Skills You Should Have

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in native Android development,



including projects from internships, personal portfolios, or previous roles.
- Strong Proficiency in Java: A solid and practical understanding of the Java programming language.
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): A deep understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
- Android SDK & Development: Experience with the Android SDK, Android Studio, and the mobile application development lifecycle.
- Android Components: Knowledge of core Android components such as Activities, Fragments, Services, and Content Providers.
- Third-Party Libraries: Experience implementing popular libraries, including some of Firebase’s services (e.g., Crashlytics, Analytics, Authentication) and monetization APIs like AdMob or Android In-app-billing.
- Jetpack Libraries: Familiarity with modern libraries, such as WorkManager, and a working knowledge of others.
- Material Design: A solid understanding of Material Design principles to create intuitive user interfaces.
- AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience working within an agile development environment.
- Data Structures & Algorithms: Fundamental knowledge of data structures and algorithmic concepts.
- Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git is mandatory.

Key Expertise

- JAVA, Android Studio, SQLite, SDK concepts, Android
APIs, XML, Material Design Guidelines, REST APIs, and JSON.

Qualification

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, B.Tech (CSE/ IT), MCA.
