Position: Site Senior Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage land development and infrastructure projects with hands-on experience, including execution of layout development works such as roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, electrification, and utilities.
- Apply practical land development expertise to plan and control project execution from land due diligence and zoning checks to final project stages.
- Coordinate with in-house Liaison team and municipal corporations and planning authorities(if required) for required clearances and approvals.
- Finalize contractors and vendors, monitor quality and timelines, and supervise on-site execution while resolving technical and operational issues.
- Conduct quality audits and safety inspections and implement best practices in quality control, risk management, and sustainability.
- Act as the escalation point for major delays, disputes, and risks during project execution.
- Manage site supervisors and junior staff when required and handle the site or tasks allotted by the Project Manager to ensure timely execution.

Candidate Profile

- BE/BTech in Civil with at least 3 years experience.




- Solid practical experience in land development and layout infrastructure projects.
- Ability to review land feasibility, development potential, and approval readiness.
- Good understanding of local development regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
- Experience coordinating with municipal corporations, planning authorities, contractors, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle technical and operational challenges during project execution.
