Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), or equivalent accounting certification.
- Software Proficiency: Robust, practical working knowledge of Tally Prime, Busy Accounting Software, and MS Excel.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian taxation frameworks (GST, TDS, TCS) and e-way bill generation.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to maintain data confidentiality

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Process daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately in Tally Prime and Busy software.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate professional invoices, e-invoices, and delivery challans, particularly for trading, retail, and manufacturing sectors.
- Bank & Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements,



manage ledgers, and track accounts payable/receivable.
- Taxation & Compliance: Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), manage TDS deductions, and track input tax credit (ITC).
- Inventory Management: Utilize the stock/inventory modules in Tally and Busy to track stock levels, Godown/Warehouse movements, and material costs.
- Financial Reporting: Generate MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets for management review and coordination with Chartered Accountants
