Job description

Amrita Online is seeking enthusiastic and student-focused Batch Advisors to support the academic journey of our learners.

The Batch Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring timely guidance, effective issue resolution, and seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver an excellent student experience.

Candidates residing in Kollam or nearby regions are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for students for all academic and administrative queries.





Ensure effective inter-departmental and intra-departmental coordination for timely issue resolution.

Conduct regular interactions and follow-ups with students to monitor engagement and progress.

Track and ensure completion of academic and administrative processes (assignments, exams, registrations, etc.).

Perform verification and validation of student data and records.

Maintain and update batch-wise progress reports and dashboards.

Provide academic planning support, including course selection and progression guidance.

Identify at-risk students and initiate early intervention strategies.
