About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage our organization’s IT infrastructure, Windows Server, ERPNext, networking, cybersecurity, CCTV systems, and end-user support. The candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day IT operations and ensuring smooth business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Administer Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022), Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), file sharing, and user management.
- Configure and manage Sophos Firewall, VPN, internet connectivity, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers.
- Provide first-level support and administration for ERPNext, including user management and troubleshooting.
- Manage Webmail/Google Workspace/Microsoft 365 user accounts and email services.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP/Analog), NVR/DVR, PoE switches, and retrieve surveillance footage when required.
- Manage biometric attendance and access control systems.
- Perform regular system backups, software updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, documentation,



and vendor coordination.
- Ensure IT security, antivirus protection, data backup, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve IT issues with minimum downtime.

- Biometric & Access Control Systems
- Hardware & Network Troubleshooting
- MS Office and Remote Support Tools (AnyDesk/TeamViewer)

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics), BCA, MCA, or Diploma in Computer Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT Administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
