Job Summary

Indel Honda is seeking a customer-oriented and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop. The Service Advisor is responsible for understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and accurately record customer complaints.
- Prepare job cards and explain the required repairs and maintenance.
- Provide service estimates, timelines, and obtain customer approval.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure efficient service execution.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.




- Deliver vehicles after service and explain the work carried out.
- Promote value-added services, accessories, AMC packages, and genuine Honda spare parts.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate service records and follow Honda service standards.
- Coordinate with the warranty team for warranty-related claims.
- Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Automobile/Mechanical Engineering .
- 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an four wheeler automobile dealership is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
