Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Teacher to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, possess excellent communication skills, and create a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
- Assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and critical thinking.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and career development programs.




- Maintain classroom discipline and follow school policies.
- Support extracurricular and co-curricular activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of teaching experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.) is an advantage.
