DEDOTE is a fast-growing digital agency based in Dubai, delivering web design, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing solutions to businesses across the UAE, GCC, and London. We work with a wide range of clients from startups to established brands and we are looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to join our remote team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Google Ads Manager at DEDOTE , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. You will work closely with our project coordination and SEO teams to deliver measurable results and ensure every client gets the best return on their ad spend.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Campaign Management

- Set up and manage Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Conduct keyword research, match type selection, and negative keyword management
- Write compelling ad copies including headlines and descriptions within character limits
- Structure campaigns with tight ad groups for maximum Quality Score
- Set up and manage bidding strategies based on campaign goals
- Monitor daily spend, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates across all accounts
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and reduce cost per lead

Tracking and Reporting

- Set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager




- Connect Google Ads with Google Analytics for full funnel visibility
- Prepare monthly performance reports for each client
- Present results clearly with insights and next steps

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing multiple accounts
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency is required
- Google Ads certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of Search, Display, and Performance Max campaign types
- Proven track record of delivering leads and reducing cost per lead
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 7:30pm IST
