Flavourist Executive

Department: R&D; (Research & Development) / Laboratory

Experience: 2–5 years (Flavour creation or development)

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and formulate new flavours based on project briefs and market trends.

· Conduct application trials for flavours in different bases (e.g., beverages, bakery, dairy, confectionery).

· Evaluate flavours for taste, aroma, and stability under different conditions.

· Work with the sales and marketing team to understand customer requirements and modify flavours accordingly.

· Maintain records of formulations, evaluations, and stability data.

· Assist in improving existing flavours to enhance quality and cost efficiency.

· Collaborate with the procurement and QC departments for sourcing and quality checks of raw materials.

· Stay updated with recent ingredients, technologies, and market trends in the flavour industry.

Key Skills Required:

· Knowledge of flavour chemistry and sensory evaluation.

· Creative and innovative in developing new flavours.

· Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Pay: ₹25,197.13 - ₹35,833.71 per month
