Travelgar Travel India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer-handling skills with the ability to engage potential customers and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Handle customer inquiries related to travel packages and services.

* Explain travel packages, pricing, offers, and other relevant details.

* Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.

* Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

* Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a professional experience.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of relevant telecalling experience.

* Robust verbal communication and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented and confident personality.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.

Candidates with experience in the travel and tourism industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
