Full-Stack Engineer Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer to build, deploy, and maintain scalable data-driven applications from end to end. In this role, you will work across data ingestion, backend API development, frontend development, cloud deployment, and production monitoring. You will own the complete development lifecycle—from ingesting data and transforming it into meaningful insights to delivering responsive user interfaces and ensuring reliable production operations on AWS.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Engineering & Processing

- Build and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines from APIs, files, and operational systems.
- Develop robust ETL/ELT workflows including validation, deduplication, enrichment, reconciliation, and idempotent processing.
- Design efficient data models for PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB.
- Optimize SQL queries, database indexing, and data storage strategies.
- Orchestrate workflows using Apache Airflow (or equivalent) with scheduling, retries, dependencies, monitoring, and backfills.

Backend Development (Node.js / TypeScript)

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (TypeScript preferred).
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).
- Implement authentication, authorization, pagination, filtering, rate limiting, and API security.
- Develop background jobs, worker processes, queues, and scheduled tasks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with robust logging and error handling.
- Troubleshoot production issues through debugging, profiling, and root cause analysis.

Frontend Development (React)

- Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.
- Build data-intensive UI components such as:




- Data tables
- Search and filters
- Forms
- Upload/Download functionality
- Dashboard views
- Status tracking
- Audit trails
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs while ensuring excellent user experience and error handling.

AWS, DevOps & Deployment

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS.
- Work with AWS services including:
- EC2
- ECS/EKS
- Lambda
- S3
- IAM
- RDS
- CloudWatch
- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.
- Monitor production systems using logs, metrics, alarms, and dashboards.
- Investigate production incidents and implement permanent fixes.

Engineering Best Practices

- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards.
- Use Git/GitHub effectively with branching strategies and pull request workflows.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including:
- Architecture diagrams
- Runbooks
- Data flow documentation
- Onboarding guides
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering.

- Experience building scalable, production-grade applications.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with GraphQL.
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS).
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to data-heavy enterprise applications.
