About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Website Coordinator who will support our day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple digital marketing functions, communicating with clients, maintaining websites, and continuously learning recent marketing tools and technologies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow into a well-rounded digital marketing professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management

- l Build and maintain WordPress websites
- l Build and edit websites using GoHighLevel
- l Create landing pages
- l Update website content
- l Troubleshoot basic website issues

Digital Marketing

- l Schedule and manage social media content
- l Design basic marketing creatives
- l Assist in creating and managing Facebook Ads




- l Assist in creating and managing Google Ads
- l Monitor campaign performance
- l Suggest optimization ideas

Client Communication

- l Communicate with assigned clients
- l Understand project requirements
- l Provide regular project updates
- l Follow up on deliverables
- l Maintain professional communication

General Marketing Support

- l Coordinate marketing activities
- l Research competitors
- l Assist with content planning
- l Learn and adopt new marketing tools
- l Support overall marketing initiatives
