We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Solution Consultant to join our Chennai team. This is a semi-sales, inbound consulting role where you will engage with qualified leads, understand business requirements, demonstrate Zoho solutions, and recommend the most suitable products to help customers achieve their business goals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to selling, and a passion for technology and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales enquiries and qualify customer requirements.
- Understand client business processes and recommend suitable Zoho solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution documentation.




- Coordinate with the implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover.
- Build robust relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain CRM records and sales activities accurately.
- Stay updated on the Zoho product ecosystem and new product releases.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
