About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team at AD Design Studio, Pune, an upcoming multidisciplinary design studio working on diverse architectural and interior projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and grow with the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing and developing architectural concepts, presentations, and working drawings.
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings, 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations and design development.
- Conduct site visits, prepare reports, and assist in project coordination and execution.
- Support in documentation work including municipal drawings, approval sets, BOQs, and tender documentation.
- Contribute to design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and design research.
- Collaborate closely with the team and coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Good understanding of UDPCR and local building bye-laws (especially relevant in Maharashtra).
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and visual.




- Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiasm to work in a growing and fast-paced setting, contribute ideas, and take initiative.
