Job Title: Products and Service Support Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Products and Service Support Engineer to provide technical support to US-based clients. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, configuring devices, analyzing

system data, and supporting our software platform, including Task Management, Inventory, Ticketing, and Asset Management modules. Candidates should be customer-focused,

technically proficient, and willing to work night shifts to support US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to US clients via ticketing system, phone, email, and chat.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IoT devices, gateways, and network-connected equipment.
- Support and assist users with Task Management, Inventory, Ticketing, and Asset Management modules.
- Analyze system logs, diagnose issues,



and provide timely resolutions within SLA.
- Prepare shift reports, document incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams.

Qualifications & Skills

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Technical Support or IT Support.
- Basic knowledge of networking, device configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work permanent or rotating night shifts supporting US customers.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced support environment.

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
