About the Role We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for driving measurable growth through data-backed marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize returns
- Collaborate with the design and content team for creative assets
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in performance/digital marketing
- Practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Good understanding of funnel marketing, targeting, and retargeting strategies
- Own laptop is mandatory (bring your own device)
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with tools like Canva, SEMrush, or similar
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization / CRO
- Knowledge of email or WhatsApp marketing
