Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems, access control systems, and related security equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IP and analog CCTV systems, networking fundamentals, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems (IP and Analog).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related security equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Configure remote viewing and mobile monitoring applications.
- Install and maintain access control, video door phone, and biometric attendance systems.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare installation plans.
- Perform cable laying, termination, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure systems operate efficiently and comply with security standards.
- Provide technical support and training to clients when required.
- Maintain service records, reports, and inventory of equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for project execution.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking,



and structured cabling.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless networking.
- Ability to read technical drawings and installation layouts.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
