We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter – Team Lead to lead the IT recruitment team and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment, team management, stakeholder coordination, and achieving hiring targets while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the IT recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
- Understand technical job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to gather hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Allocate positions among recruiters and monitor daily recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined turnaround time (TAT).




- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates based on technical and behavioral competencies.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and recruiter productivity.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports with management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment records and ATS/database accurately.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
- Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, market salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Team lead profile added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
