Key Responsibilities
- Taste and evaluate CTC, Orthodox, Green, and Specialty teas.
- Develop and standardize tea blends as per company requirements.
- Assess liquor, aroma, color, strength, briskness, and overall quality.
- Source and evaluate tea samples from auctions and suppliers.
- Ensure product consistency across batches.
- Work closely with procurement, production, and quality teams.
- Maintain tasting records and quality reports.
- Identify quality issues and recommend improvements.
- Monitor market trends and current tea varieties.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
