- Qualification - Diploma or BE in Electrical & electronics with C license
- Experience - 5 to 7 yeas experience in facility maintenance of commercial building or Educational institutions university level and minimum two years as manager or Assistant Manager position..
- Should be capable of handling Technical, soft service employees and vendors.
- Should have knowledge of technical - Transformer, DG set, UPS, water management, chillers, Split AC units, STP,RO.
- Should have knowledge of HK consumables chemicals & usage,
- Should have knowledge of daily ,weekly and Monthly reports
- Should know word, Excel & Power point.
- Should be Energetic, interested to implement new initiatives like energy saving, cost saving

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹44,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
