Job Description:

This role focuses on the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML and GenAI models for customer-facing solutions and platform components. The core responsibilities involve transitioning ML models from prototype to production while optimising foundation models for domain-specific applications through fine-tuning and quantisation. You must possess deep expertise in traditional ML algorithms, feature engineering, and advanced deep learning architectures, including Transformers and Attention mechanisms. Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace is essential, alongside a robust grasp of model optimisation tools like ONNX or TensorRT. Additionally, the position requires a commitment to ethical AI principles and interpretability using SHAP or LIME, ensuring all solutions are scalable, high-performing, and rigorously validated through A/B testing.
