We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support the Accounts & Finance department by managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments and collections. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and be comfortable working with vendors, clients, and site-related financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Prepare and process purchase, sales, payment, and receipt vouchers.

Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Generate client invoices as per service contracts.

Verify vendor bills and process payments.

Maintain site-wise expense records and petty cash.

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.

Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.

Support monthly payroll-related accounting entries.

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.





Coordinate with operations and HR teams for billing, employee reimbursements, and expense verification.

Assist during internal and statutory audits.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

Valuable communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the Facility Management, Security Services, Housekeeping, or Manpower Services industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
