Job Title: Sales Promoter

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent our brands and drive sales at retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products, engaging with customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with store staff.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and demonstrate company products to customers at assigned retail stores.

Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at stores.

Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the sales team regarding replenishment.

Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.

Conduct market and competitor activity monitoring.

Submit daily sales and activity reports.

Participate in promotional events, product launches, and training sessions.





Requirements

Minimum qualification sslc.

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to convince and influence customers.

Basic knowledge of consumer electronics products is an advantage.

Willingness to work in retail outlets and flexible shifts.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.
