Qualification Required: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 3+ Years

- Develop detailed BIM models for plumbing, fire-fighting, and PHE (Public Health Engineering) systems.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate PHE/fire-fighting designs into the overall BIM project model.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of PHE/fire-fighting models and associated documentation.
- Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to PHE/fire-fighting elements.
- Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to PHE/fire-fighting systems.




- Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
- Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in PHE/fire-fighting system modeling and detailing.
- Solid understanding of plumbing, fire-fighting, and PHE system design principles and codes.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the PHE/fire-fighting discipline.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
