We're Hiring | Cafe Manager | Hyderabad

True Black Specialty Coffee is looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead our cafe operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Experience Required:
* 5–8 years of experience in cafes, restaurants, QSR, or hospitality.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the café team.
* Monitor staff performance and build a positive work culture.
* Manage inventory, ordering, and control wastage.
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
* Review daily sales reports (DSR) and operational performance.
* Prepare staff rosters and ensure smooth daily operations.




* Coordinate with the Area Manager and submit required reports.
* Handle online customer feedback and maintain high service standards.

What We're Looking For:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of cafe operations and inventory management.
* Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Location: Hyderabad
