About the Company

IRA Corporation is a leading manufacturer of Gold & Silver Refining Machines, BIS Hallmarking Equipment, Fire Assaying Laboratories, and related industrial solutions. We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales team and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with new and existing customers.
- Prepare and send quotations, product catalogs, and company profiles.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel databases.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams regarding order status.
- Assist in processing sales orders and maintaining sales documentation.
- Schedule customer meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Support digital lead management from websites, social media, and trade portals.
- Prepare daily sales reports and follow-up reports.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support,



customer service, or telecalling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and order processing.
- Basic understanding of CRM software.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

- Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
