Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in executing brand marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across social media, website, marketing collateral, presentations, and communication channels.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors for branding and marketing requirements.
- Support content creation for social media, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging branding opportunities.
- Assist in organizing events, employee engagement activities, and brand-building initiatives.
- Manage and maintain brand assets, communication materials, and brand guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

Technical -

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and brand communication.
- Experience in content creation and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growth-oriented setting.
