Production Engineer – Magneto
Location: Shirwal, Dist. Satara

Key Responsibilities

- Execute daily production plans and ensure material availability.
- Allocate manpower based on production requirements and skill matrix.
- Monitor production activities as per SOPs, process flow, and control plans.
- Maintain production, rejection, and process-related records.
- Conduct shift reviews and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Participate in daily production, quality, and rejection review meetings.
- Train new employees on SOPs, 5S, safety, and manufacturing processes.
- Implement Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other departments to improve productivity and safety.

Required Qualification

- B.Tech (Electronics / ENTC)
- Diploma in Electronics / ENTC
- B.Sc. (Electronics / ENTC)





Required Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in production within the automotive or auto component manufacturing industry.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of production planning and shop floor operations.
- Understanding of SOPs, Control Plans, 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke.
- Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
