JOB SUMMARY

- Client Management: Identifying customer needs and aligning them with the company's portfolio of products.
- Customer Insight & Relationship Building: Develop a detailed understanding of the customer’s organization, business model, and procurement processes. Aligning with LSquare operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Strategic Business Development: Identify new requirements from existing customers and communicate them to the business development team for further action.
- Performance Monitoring: Consistently monitor key performance metrics, including ontime delivery, order pipeline, and payment collection. Address any deviations promptly with precise reporting to ensure accountability and maintain performance standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct structured,



periodic review sessions with clients to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and alignment with customer strategy and priorities.

Educational and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field;

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

- Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
- Driven by results, with a proven ability to achieve or exceed set targets.
- Collaborative approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Should be confident to take up an individual contributor role with shared team support.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
