Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining solid, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and services to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, challenges, and evolving needs through regular meetings and communication.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products and services, including investments, loans, insurance, and wealth management solutions.




- Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and solutions to clients, clearly articulating benefits and risks.
- Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely advice and adjust strategies as needed to meet client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of service quality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Participate in business development activities to acquire new clients and expand the client base.
- Provide regular reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and relationship health to management.
