Job Summary
The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective resolution of escalations, timely delivery of services, and adherence to organizational standards. This position requires strategic oversight to enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency while managing critical initiatives within the Zscaler and Palo Alto frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Revenue Generation For The Tower By Leveraging Zscaler And Palo Alto Technologies To Optimize Service Delivery And Enhance Operational Performance.
2. Ensure Timely Closure Of All Escalations And Crises In Alignment With Agreed Sla Norms Through Effective Coordination And Communication Among Team Members.

Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Compliance With The Statement Of Work (Sow), Implementing Necessary Improvements Where Needed.
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Executing Recent Initiatives And Frameworks That Enhance Service Quality And Client Engagement.
5. Implement And Oversee The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Opportunities For Automation And Promoting Self-Driven Initiatives Within The Team To Enhance Operational Efficiency.

Skill Requirements
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Zscaler And Palo Alto Technologies With A Strong Focus On Operational Support And Management.
2. Solid Understanding Of Service Level Agreements (Sla) And Operational Metrics To Ensure Compliance And Performance Monitoring.
