Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is acceptable for exceptional candidates.
- 5-10 years of experience across project management, program management, product management, business analysis, or technology delivery.
- Proven experience managing multiple software projects or product initiatives concurrently.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, release planning, QA coordination, stakeholder management, and technical delivery workflows.
- Ability to understand business context quickly and convert it into actionable product and execution plans.
- Experience working with remote developers, freelancers, internal teams, or distributed engineering teams.

Required Skills

- Technical Program Management and Project Management
- Product Management, PRDs, feature prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap planning
- Agile/Scrum, Kanban, sprint planning, release management, and SDLC execution
- Developer coordination, task breakdown, estimation review, dependency management, and delivery tracking
- Risk, issue, blocker, scope, and change management
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Notion,



ClickUp, Linear, Asana, or similar tools
- Robust written communication, stakeholder updates, executive summaries, and documentation
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and structured prioritization
- Basic technical understanding of web apps, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, integrations, AI/automation workflows, and QA processes
- High confidentiality, ownership mindset, and strong judgment while handling sensitive client and company information

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SaaS products, startup product development, MVP launches, internal tools, automation platforms, or AI-enabled products.
- Ability to create wireframes, workflow diagrams, process maps, product notes, POC briefs, and stakeholder-ready demos.
- Experience working in consulting, software services, agency, contract delivery, or founder-led execution environments.
- Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab workflows, CI/CD concepts, basic architecture diagrams, QA checklists, and release documentation.
