Life Mitra – Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify, generate, and qualify leads while engaging with prospective customers in a professional manner.
- Present SBI Life insurance products and recommend suitable solutions aligned with customer requirements and financial goals.
- Support customers through policy documentation, application processing, and issuance procedures.
- Deliver end-to-end after-sales service, including premium payment reminders, policy servicing, and claim assistance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships while consistently achieving assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure higher conversion and retention rates.
- Educate customers on various insurance plans, benefits,



and policy features to enable informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely policy issuance.
- Participate in training programs and product updates to stay informed about new offerings and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices at all times.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹1,312,329.13 per month
