Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Food Processing & Refrigeration)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

A Packaging Executive oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of product packaging, ensuring safety, quality standards, and efficient production workflows. They manage inventory, verify labeling, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to reduce damage and meet distribution goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Management: Plan and supervise daily packaging activities and packing machines, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control & Compliance: Inspect packaging materials and finished goods to meet quality standards, minimizing defects and adhering to safety protocols (GMP in food industry).
- Logistics & Inventory: Manage packaging material inventory (primary/secondary), ensuring timely availability and proper storage.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of packed batches, materials used, and inventory, including vendor invoice reconciliation.
- Coordination:



Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to meet daily packaging targets and resolve supply issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: Often 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, pharma, or FMCG sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of packaging materials (corrugated boxes, blister packs) and machinery.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Background

Typically a high school diploma or equivalent (for operator-focused roles) or a Degree/Diploma in Packaging Science, Engineering, or related field for more advanced roles.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 54 per week
