Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Qualification: BA / MA / Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced – Both Welcome

WALK-IN INTERVIEW DETAILS

Dates: 6th, 7th & 8th August 2026
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: ACS Networks & Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Dehradun, Uttarakhand

No prior recruitment experience? No problem!
If you have good communication skills, confidence on calls, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to walk in for an interview.

Key Responsibilities

Make 100–200 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and understand candidate suitability.
Explain available job opportunities and guide candidates through the recruitment/onboarding process.
Conduct regular candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate with the internal Recruitment & HR Team.
Work towards daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Maintain accurate candidate records, calling data, and recruitment reports.

✔ Good communication skills in Hindi




✔ Basic English communication will be an added advantage
✔ Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work

Salary & Incentives

Probation Period: 2 Months

During Probation: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 In-Hand
Based on interview performance and communication skills

After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 In-Hand + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
Based on performance and target achievement
