Background: At least 3 years of team handling experience, working at a managerial level
Industry: Automobile Sales
Qualification: Minimum Graduate, Engineer / MBA preferred

- Competency Required: Second in line in Showroom operations

Responsible for Recruitment, Joining, training, mentoring, grooming & development of Manpower

All recent joining Sr. RM & RM will be part of TDM’s team for first 3 months

Conducting weekly evaluations and training sessions at dealership

Tracking performance of Sales Manpower and handholding on improvement areas

Assisting GM/Showroom Manager in day to day planning & operations

MIS monitoring & trend analysis

Responsible for tracking & achieving all MSIL incentive schemes & NEXA score card
