Job description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our sales and marketing team as Lead Generation Executives. This role is ideal for someone with a valuable understanding of LinkedIn and a strong interest in B2B outreach and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn and other online tools
- Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn searches, email campaigns, and data scraping
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools or spreadsheets
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handovers
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of LinkedIn (search, connect, InMail, etc.)




- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Eligibility:

- Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc.)
- Freshers welcome
- Immediate joiners only
