Key Skills

- ISO 9001 knowledge
- Internal and External Audit (Customer & Certification)
- Quality team handling and leadership
- Robust knowledge of Quality tools and techniques (APQP, PPAP, FAI, SPC, MSA)
- Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action (RCA / CAPA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Plan, conduct and lead Internal and External Audits (Customer & Certification)
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and statutory requirements
- Lead and manage the Quality Team, allocate tasks and monitor performance
- Handle customer quality requirements including PPAP, APQP, FAI and documentation
- Lead NCR, CAPA and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve quality and process performance

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Quality
- Aerospace Manufacturing Industry

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
