Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and HR records.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including attendance, leave management, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, employee data, and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain databases, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and timely resolution of employee queries.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, experience letters, and other HR-related documents.




- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and support the HR team in various operational activities.

- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Freshers with relevant internships or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
