About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for brand aesthetics, practical expertise in logo and brand design, and actively uses AI tools as part of their daily design workflow, in addition to traditional software.

Key Responsibilities

- Design brand identities, logos, and visual assets across digital and print media
- Create graphics for social media, marketing collateral, presentations, and ad campaigns
- Use AI design tools to accelerate ideation, concept development, and content production
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals
- Build and maintain brand guidelines across all client and company touchpoints
- Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Mandatory Skills

- Brand design
- Graphic design
- Logo design
- Practical, working experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Freepik AI, or Ideogram
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills





Technical Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design
- Working knowledge of AI design and content tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, Freepik AI, and ChatGPT for creative briefs
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects and Premiere Pro) is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- A solid portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and campaign work
- Prior experience in an agency, startup, or internal brand team
- Understanding of design trends, typography, and color theory

Someone who blends creative instinct with efficiency, is comfortable using AI as part of the design workflow rather than relying only on traditional tools, and maintains strong design fundamentals, originality, and brand sensibility.
