Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender with experience in luxury hotels or premium restaurants. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, strong guest service skills, and the ability to create a memorable dining and bar experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per hotel standards.
- Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages based on guest preferences.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor bar inventory and coordinate replenishment of stock.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and bar equipment.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
- Verify guest age and comply with all alcohol service regulations.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the restaurant and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.





Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1.5 – 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a 5-Star Hotel, Luxury Hotel, Premium Restaurant, or Fine Dining establishment.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, beers, wines, and bar operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
