We are seeking a Procurement Executive with experience in sourcing and purchasing Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical materials for construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procure Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical materials as per project requirements and specifications.
- Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and perform comparative analysis.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites to avoid project delays.
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of critical materials.
- Verify material quality, specifications, and compliance with project requirements.
- Track procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
