We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented System Executive to manage day-to-day system operations in our logistics and warehousing business. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, be proficient in MS Office applications, and be able to maintain accurate records while supporting warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain warehouse and logistics data accurately in the system.
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Maintain inventory, dispatch, inward, and outward records.
- Generate invoices, delivery challans, and other operational documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and transport teams for data updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry with minimal errors.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.




- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data entry and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics workplace.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in logistics or warehousing will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
