1. Recruitment & Selection

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assist in issuing offer letters and appointment letters.

2. Onboarding & Induction

- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Create employee personnel files.
- Coordinate joining formalities.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

- Monitor employee attendance.
- Maintain leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll regarding attendance and leave data.

4. Payroll Support

- Prepare payroll inputs.
- Verify attendance and overtime records.
- Coordinate salary processing with the finance or payroll team.

5. Employee Relations

- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Maintain effective communication between management and employees.

HR Administration

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Manage HR documentation and confidential records.
- Update organizational policies when required.

7. Performance Management

- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Maintain appraisal records.
- Follow up on employee development plans.

8. Training & Development

- Identify training requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and feedback.

9. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with statutory documentation such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.
- Support internal and external HR audits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
