Location: Near Prozone Mall, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation.
- Support daily HR administrative activities.




- Coordinate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

- Pursuing or completed MBA (HR) or BBA.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
