Account Executive

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our construction firm. The candidate should have experience handling accounting entries, GST, vendor payments, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping
- Handle purchase entries, sales entries, and expense tracking
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and site teams for payment processing
- Maintain payroll and employee reimbursement records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support audits




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
- 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or contracting industry
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and GST procedures
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in construction billing and contractor accounts
- Knowledge of project-based accounting
- Familiarity with inventory/material accounting is an advantage
