- Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments
- Monitor patient vitals and condition before, during, and after procedures
- Assist patients with pre- and post-procedure care
- Maintain patient comfort, privacy, and dignity.
- Assist Doctors in Procedures/surgery such as oocytes pick up, Embryo transfer, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy etc.
- Prepare operation/procedure rooms and ensure all instruments are sterile
- Coordinate with embryology lab staff when required.
- Administer injections, hormonal medications, and IV fluids as prescribed
- Educate patients on self-administration of fertility drugs
- Maintain accurate medication records.
- Guide patients on treatment protocols, timelines, and expectations
- Provide emotional support to patients dealing with infertility
- Educate patients about lifestyle, medication schedules, and follow-ups
- Maintain detailed patient records and treatment charts
- Ensure accurate documentation of procedures, medications, and observations




- Follow hospital protocols for data confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
- Valid nursing registration (State Nursing Council)

Experience

- 0–2 years (freshers can apply; IVF experience preferred)
- Experience in gynecology, obstetrics, or fertility clinics is an advantage.
