Python Developer (Python + PySpark + NoSQL + Azure)About the Role

We are looking for a Python Developer experienced in building and deploying high-performance, AI-integrated backend systems on Azure. The ideal candidate is proficient in cloud-native architecture, NoSQL data design, and intelligent workflow automation using large language models (LLMs).

You’ll work across the full stack of backend and cloud infrastructure — from API design and data pipelines to AI agent integration, VM orchestration, and RAG-based knowledge systems. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge traditional backend engineering with emerging AI-driven system design.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable APIs using Python (FastAPI or REST frameworks).

· Design and manage NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and graph databases (Neo4j).

· Configure and manage cloud deployment pipelines on Azure Web Apps (experience with GCP/AWS is a plus).

· Integrate LLMs via frameworks like LangChain, or OpenAI APIs, building pipelines.

· Containerize applications using Docker and manage clusters, worker nodes, and scaling.





· Manage environment variables and configurations for multi-setting deployments.

· Implement advanced error handling, logging, and API monitoring.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

· Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for automated testing and deployment.

· Focus on performance optimization, scalability, and clean coding practices.

· Design and refine prompts for AI agents, integrating LLM-based capabilities into backend systems.

· Support AI-driven workflow orchestration and secure integration with AI APIs or models.

Required Skills

Technical Expertise:

· API design and microservices architecture

· Cloud-native scaling, VM integration, and monitoring on Azure

· AI-driven data processing and contextual retrieval

· Model orchestration and prompt engineering for dynamic workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

· 3–5 years of professional experience as a Backend Developer

· Proven experience with production-level deployments on Azure

· Strong problem-solving, debugging, and code-review skills

· Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, or LangChain agents

· Familiarity with event-driven architecture, WebSockets, or async I/O systems
